Is the metaphysical shop online only?
We are currently in the process of moving our store to a new location. However we can deliver locally in the OC. Please call Customer Service to ask about local and same day deliveries. We do our best to accommodate your request if at all possible.

What is your return policy?
If you need to receive a credit for your item please return to us within 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, a copy of which should be included with your return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where no refunds or only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Books with obvious signs of use CDs or DVDs, which have been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery

What is your refund and exchange policy?
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit or debit card or PayPal account. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Otherwise please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience if you have received a damaged item. We will send you a return shipping label once we receive your request for return along with a picture of the item. There will be no charge to you. Please send us an email to submit a picture and to request a shipping label for your return.

We use USPS First Class and Priority mail for the majority of our shipping which is free when you spend over $50. Should you wish to order faster or a guaranteed option we use UPS or USPS 2 day to get to you quicker at an additional charge unless your total order value is over $100 in which case we will waive the shipping fee.
