Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit or debit card or Paypal account .
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Otherwise please send us an email to www.spiritualoriginsrefunds@google.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
We apologize for the inconvenience if you have received a damaged item.  We will send you a return shipping label once we receive your request for return along with a picture of the item.  There will be no charge to you.  Please send us an email to submit a picture and to request a shipping label for your return.
